Outbound

Outbound calling using IVR has many uses and benefits.  It can offer an inexpensive complement to other components of a project or it can stand alone:

  • Use IVR to place reminder calls to customers and consumers who have agreed to participate in a research study.  With permission acquired during the recruit stage, this an effective and productive tool
  • Pre-screening can be conducted, in certain areas, for low incidence surveys and recruits
  • On its own, short outbound polls can be used to quickly gauge a political mood or reaction to a current event
